Was chased at GAME by sales rep
I went to Game store at centurion mall wanting to make a purchase and I enquired about the warranties and guarantees which the sales person was not showing any interest in assisting me...firstly I waited for about 15 minutes to get helped as 2 sales guys were busy helping one customer however I didnt want to make it an issue and I waited then when I get the assistance the store representative lacks interest in me and response with attitude whi h led me leaving the store with my kids to try other store who are customer centric and willing to assist me with what I needed to buy at GAME
I was told about sales guys at GAME and never believed a friend but now i trust and experience such a bad service from a company that just decided to sell clothes and wants us to come buy...NEVER.
Now I understand why the company is not doing so great and planning to retrench because of poor sales representatives
I refuse to be helped by someone who chooses they customers and not applying TCF to everyone who walks in the store
GAME store doesnt really practice TCF but promoting bad habit which will continously cause the store to suffer in terms of profit margins

Makro always delivers in terms of service and deals with a lot of customers daily but they still manage ...GAME you count customers in the store but still chase them away because of applying personalities and not valuing every customer the same
