Warranty service

I bought a TV at game kenilworth centre a year ago and i took out an extended warranty, in the first year i returned the tv for a sound problem, and after games warranty the tv wouldnt switch on anymore so as per my extended warranty i took the tv back to game to have it repaired and the tv has been gone for more than a month. I then went to game so that i could get my money back as a person cant be expected to wait a month or more for a tv. Games returns supervisor then told me that the extended warranty does not cover the 21 day policy for returns. So what must i do now because that means i can be waiting a few months for my tv to come back from repairs. But in the mean time im paying for a tv licence and dstv but with no tv. The extended warranty is misleading.

We confirm that the Extended Warranty contacted you yesterday to advise that the parts will be in CT this week where after your item will be repaired and delivered.

Please remember that EW is not a replacement warranty but a repair warranty.

Regards.
