Warranty refund please!

Bought wash machine at game. They delivered 31 november. Within a month had problems. Had to fight myself with the supplier. After over a year they decided to refund me as machine was defective. Now i want to know abt the extended warranty as i informed them within a month about machine given problems. If they refunded me immediately i would have gotten my warranty money back. Sales rep said he will phone me nothing. I emailed manager still waiting for response. Hope i will get feedback because game staff tend to ignore customers when there is problems.
