Warranty on washing machine

I bought a washing machine and just before the warranty came up the machine gave me problems. I called game stores and they sent a third party out to come and fix my machine. Anyways 2 weeks later the machine did exactly the same thing but was now out of warranty. So I called Game stores to send out the same people but now they want to charge me because it's out of warranty. But if they had fixed it properly the first time this wouldn't be my issue. I m appauled by the response.
