Warranty is a ****
I purchased a Hisense washing machine on the 3rd December 2024 at game Southgate mall,towards the end of march the machine couldn’t work anymore I reported and they sent a technician who declined my warranty claim stating that it is coachroaches that damaged the machine, there was no visible or physical damage on the machine or even water damage but am made to believe that within three months after purchasing a machine I need to throw it away and buy a new one,,I raised it with the store and they gave me the same answer..
