Want my money back

I bought Ryobi saw cutter on the 15th July, had to return it on the 21st July because it would not start. They said id have the machine after 21 days or else I'd receive a refund. Went to the store after 24 days to collect a refund since we cut the trees off manually (salaries amounted to R5000.00) but the store manager refused to give it to me. I pled with Game, I do not need that nightmare of a machine anymore I would like to get my money back! Thank you.
