Waiting too long for Rica, thats realy band

<p>I took new contract phones on Thursday the 13/04/2017 and the Rica system was 'offline', the lady was so friendly, but now the problem is my sim cards are not activated and the lady is off till Thursday, when I made the follow up today I was told there's nothing they can do, I must wait till Friday. I'm sitting with 2x sim cards that are not active since Thursday when I took the contract. My problem is I can't wait that long....</p>
