Waiting on a fridge special order

I bought a fridge on the 1st they told me to pay for it to get it on special price but dont have current stock but will place a special order it will be here with next delivery tuesday. Wednesday i went to the store just to be told the fridges did not come maybe with the friday delivery they will phone thursday at 16:00 and let me know. Nobody phoned me today. So tomorrow i have to drive again to the store to find out what is happening. Who will reimburse me for petrol having to drive up and down because they dont phone customers????? I even laid a complaint on their fb page they dont even bother to reply???? What about all the food im throwing away because of not having a fridge in working order..... this store is pathetic....
