Waiting long time for delivery and bad service Game East rand mall

I had a very bad experience at Game east Rand mall this weekend I had to argue with the sales people about a item they had on special they did have the item but he said it is not on special I eventually showed what the advertised, I than paid them for delivery I the store manager told me come back a certain time I came back there was no driver to deliver no truck nothing I was there with my infant child and wife waiting but nothing happened I waisted a whole day standing around i had to argue with the manager i eventually left feeling so down thinking of my child i felt so dissapointed at the service and how i was treated.

I always thought is a top company but not anymore I actually want to return the item i bought from them
