Waiting for over a month for online parcel, no communication

So I placed an order on the 20th of November 2021. Received an email on the 27th saying the order is on it's way. Since then I have gotten no feedback whatsoever. Everytime I phone, I have to speak to someone different because the previous person is "not available". I have been promised for a month that I will get a call back and everyone promises but no one calls back. The items I placed online are everyday items like a dustbin, bucket etc and apparently this is all at a store they can't get a hold of. I have been promised that I will be phoned with some sort of feedback, and no one ever calls me. This is hands down the most pathetic service I have ever experienced, If I knew it was going to go down like this , I would have gone to Makro where they are MUCH more reliable and always will be by the looks of it. No one probably reads these complaints, but I will take it everywhere, every online platform I can find, to help other people not waste their time like I did !
