Waiting for Delivery

<p>My mother bought a washing machine (LG Top Loader T1103ADP6) cash from your store in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall on May 5th 2017. She was told the washing machine will be delivered to her by the 11th of May 2017 which it wasn't. She went to the store and spoke to one of the consultants who told her to please come again the following week. She later returned on the 17th May 2017 to find the machine has still not been delivered. After pleading with her not to take back her money and wait one more week, she later returned on the 23rd and STILL no washing machine in site. It is now the 1st of June 2017 and we are yet to see the washing machine. I do not understand why she must be subjected to this type of service delivery. I am honestly disappointed and would like for you to please handle this matter urgently as we need a response or our money back. </p>
