Waiting for a month for Game to confirm that their appliance is in fact broken!
I bought a Bennett-Read blender from Game Greenacres in September 2018. The on-off switch broke in March and I returned it to the store on 30 March 2018. The Game staff inspected the appliance and confirmed it was not working. I was then told the appliance has to be booked in for assessment and I would have to wait 21 working days (a month!) for a response. I called today to enquire but still no response from the assessment centre. How does Game reasonably expect customers to do without a day-to-day kitchen appliance for over a month?
