Waiting for a fridge for 1 month
We bought a fridge in special last month since then we've been waiting for it for a month. The same fridge is in special now. For 500 more than what we paid. They dont have stock. We've been instore now for half and four just waiting for a refund. The service is beyond pathetic. We already dealing with a pandemic... why make buying a necessity so difficult. We've moved into our new home and still now fridge

29 Sept 2020, 17:00Well it's now 16.57 and we're still waiting for the second fridge that we were literally ****** with as we shouldn't even be paying for Games lying staff, bad service, bad management and extreme non chalante behaviour. Gosh can you guys be more pathetic than this... well clearly you can caus this is just the cherry on the cale. You all were quick to take our money and have the nerve to have us pay in the difference and request a delivery fee. Pay back the money. You owe us big time. We just moved into our new home. Came here having to adjust to a new city during a pandemic then you guys still add onto this. Beyond pathetic. Clearly bo one cares ot had any empathy in your management department. Pay back our money. This is absolutely insane that you get away with such bad service

30 Sept 2020, 11:30So we waited and put fridge was not delivered yesterday as they promised it would be.
It arrived this morning.
Firstly the nerve of game expecting a delivery. Sadly the delivery is a private driver who was caught in the middle of all this. Sadly our of desperation we paid 3 grand more for a fridge when rightfully Game was supposed to give us the fridge at the price we originally paid. Point. Bad service. *********** staff. And they lie too. I still haven't heard from a manager up til now. Through all this no management had called or assisted. I will not quit until the money that was taken from us is refunded. A month later and we end up paying the price for pathetic service and false advertising. When we went to collect the initial fridge they said the salesperson **** to us when he said the drudge was kept aside. Also when we went again for same fridge at 500 more the salesperson said there was miscommunication with Defy and they didnt deliver the stock. So basically we were ****** of 3 grand caus Game couldn't deliver a fridge let alone good service . I wont shop there again and theres a few things on special. I'll go somewhere else
