Waiting for 3 Weeks to repair fridge

Reported my fridge not working on the 26th November. Few emails and phone calls before problem was acknowledged. To date NO phone call from service centre or Game and I have been without a working fridge for almost 3 weeks!!! Unacceptable service or rather lack of service!
