WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR MONEY VOUCHER

Good day.

I have written review about Game in the past but this is the final straw!!

Today, 2 September 2025 I went to Game Upington -KALAHARI MALL with an Xbox remote that was faulty. The lady told me that it must be sended back.

There is one thing I do not understand....in the past when I returned something that was not working...there was no questions asked...they took the faulty product, printed me a "Money Voucher" so that I can get a new one. But the previous few times it has been the same story over and over again.

Why must I wait 3 weeks for something that I know is not going to be fixed just to then be given a Money Voucher? I just do not understand the logic behind this...and this is not the first time I had complaints about Game Upington.

I expect this matter to be resolved accordingly as soon as possible.
