Waiting 2 Weeks for a delivery from Game - They are useless

So two weeks ago i ordered stuff for the baby i am expecting and giving birth to in May. It was listed as essential goods. The day before I ordered goods and that was delivered the Monday after that but that was also short delivered. I have called numerous times and I can not get a answer on the number then I emailed them i think 4 times and I still have not received a response. I need my essentials ASAP this is not on.
