Waited for 1 hour before being helped

I bought a bicycle for my son for his 5th birthday, wanted to surprise him on Saturday. Before buying I asked the sales lady if tool are included she said yes. Got home nothing in the box. My husband tried assembling it but no luck. Went back on Sunday gave it to the guy and waited from 9:45 am till 11:30 am and we were told it's fine. Got home the chain came out when we were trying to take it out of the car, my husband said is nothing maybe it's loose then the back brakes were not working which was one of the reasons we took it back. Then today I went back driving from North Riding to Clearwater for the third time, got there and the paged the department manager Simon who took 1hour to come, while waiting I asked for the store manager who took 1 hour 15 mins to come and the both told me the were busy. I stood there with my 65 years old mother with no chair to sit just to be told they were busy with other customers. Surely I was not one of the customers. Simon was not even apologetic then he asked me if am sure it not working then later he gave me R100 discount then the cashier didn't give me the discount and they wanted to call him again for me to wait then I left their store.
