Wait forever for your Game online purchase

We purchased an item through Game online over Black Friday weekend. Various phonecalls we have yet to receive our item however emails received indicate that our item has been delivered, which is not the case. Estimated delivery time of 10 days already passed and the helpline only blame the courier company. This is unacceptable and very poor service. Never using Game online service ever again.
