Waisted time and fuel

I recently bought a television online at game while I was on a short visit in eastern cape king Williams town, they had stock only in east London of which was fine. I chose the pickup, I recieved confirmation that the order was ready for pickup and I drove 45km to fetch it only to find out that the item was out of stock. I had to drive another 45km back waisted my time and my fuel. I am very dissatisfied regarding this issue
