Voyager A8 Cyclone Drone Missing battery

I went to Game Pavilion to purchase a Voyager A8 Cyclone Drone and the guy that gave it to me said it was the last one and it was in a box. I bought it for R999 only to find out when I got home that everything was there except the battery for the Drone, and it Specifically indicates that the battery should be in the box. I noticed that the tape that was on the box was not the original one. Please refund me ASAP
