Vodacom what must i do know? Game store
<p>I went to game stores to add another line as they have such a great deal for laptops but my contract was denied and i dont even qualify for a gap contract so sad after having 2 contracts already with vodacom. The consultant who was assisting at game stores was like she's not clued up and i didnt want to put pressure on her. i fail to understand how do u deny my application after having a contract with you and i have been up to date with my payments and i make sure imy debit order goes through everymonth. i have been with vodacom since 2000 but their i constantly have to fight 1st before i get what i need. </p>
As a client i feel you game didnt do much to assist me to dispute my application your selling vodacom products you should be able to know how to handle the Vodacom queries. when i came to Game i was expecting game to be able to handle and assist with vodacom deals not Vodacom. Its sad that as game u can say to a client contact vodacom, if that's how you provide servise then i suggest you stop dealing with vodacom. instead of saying you have are currently cantacting Vodacom to see if is there anything that can be done u tell me to contact vodacom? tha'ts a pathetic answer i have ever received form a person who's in retail and customer servise. so sad you need training.
