Vodacom Contract @ Game Vaal Mall. Activation of Vodacom simcard almost three months and still not activated

<p>I took out two Vodacom Cellphone contracts at Game Vaal Mall, with the contract you receive a free wifi router with a simcard. On the one contract both the cellphone and the routers simcard were activated within two weeks. The other contract just the cellphone simcard was activated and it is almost going for three months now that I am struggeling to get the routers simcard activated. I phoned the sales person at Game several times regarding this matter, I also went to him more than once. He just said he will follow up and at one stage he said that the simcard is activated but its not. We also went to the manager of Game were they then said they gave it trough to their rep of Vodacom to follow up. Since we were there with the Manager they phoned me twice or so so three days after we were there to say that they are waiting for feedback from the Vodacom rep. We went to the salesperson again where he said he were waiting for the Vodacom rep, he tried to phone him but he didn't answer, he said he will keep us up to date. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard anything from him since. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I phone Vodacom to help me with the activation, they just say they aren't able to help me as I took out the contact with Game. Game must phone them to do the activation.</p>
