vodacom contract

On the 1st april my uncle went to game bethlehem and open a vodacom contract for a notebook.He was assisted by khaya qaba.All thing were messed up from Khaya not explaining that the laptop is a display to a sim card that didnt have a adapter.He was told to pay R105 for sim card,which he did.the initial contract is R399 on Top Up,I understand that there is connection fee of 97,but he was deducted R598 which i phoned and quired which Jabulani Mahlangu who told me I must call vodacom Trade partner and ask them why they deducted R598 he doesnt know.<br> <br> I then asked is it my job to call vodacom or is it his?then he told me he doesn't have the logins for Vodacom only Khaya Qaba has the logins and he\Jabulani\" will get back to me .I gave him my numbers and I will wait for his call on mond,My problem is : when there are such quires concerning vodacom I as a customer cannot be told to call vodacom Trade partner,I dont know who is trade partner and I do not have the right to call Trade partner,You need a code for that.<br> The only thing I needed was my uncle to be given assistance by someone who understands that making a contract you providing all your details expecting to be assisted correctly"
