Violent Behavior from Game staff member

I went to Game Store in Promenade Mall, Mitchells Plain on the 29 September 2020 at exactly 9am to purchase a openview decoder for my son's birthday which was on this day. There was table with decoders displayed at the electronic section. I asked a assistant Abduragman if I can take one from the table and purchase it.

In a abrupt manner he says I must go pay first and I asked where and how do I pay. He said he will write a slip and I need to pay at main tills and go all the way to the back to collect. I asked why can't he bring it whilst I pay and he ignored me and walked away. I said to my mom I don't understand why they make it so much effort to buy this. We go to the front and I ask the cashier the same thing and she doesn't respond and just says, you must get it at the back. As we get to the back, I ask the Samsung assistant where this guy is and he replies somewhere on the other side. And I ask him so am I supposed to go look for him, whilst he knew we were coming back after we paid. Once again I'm ignored, eventually he shows, acting all surprised that I paid with no decoder and runs off. Once again, I'm waiting he appears with the decoder and shoves it in my direction. I check the box and I notice the seal was tampered with and I show him and ask for a different box. He got violent, grabs the box from me and rips it open angrily and shouts at me can you see, can you see, its all there.

I said to him I did not ask you to rip the box open I asked for a different one, he bends over mumbles degrading/rudely and storms off. A lady approached I asked to see a manager, she phones and says they unavailable. I went to customer service and spoke to a manager, who this lady said to me is unavailable. I explain what happened, we approach the guy and again he is rude with no respect to his manager. I was so disgusted, she called the department manager on the phone and apologized insisting that the matter will be dealt with. His manager also phoned me to apologize, but I don't feel that a person who is violent or abusive towards women should be allowed to work in a service oriented environment. I will never shop at that specific store, as I feel an apology is not enough for being treated in such manner. Maybe it's a norm for them but not for me.
