<p style="color: #555555;">victimised, accused, and disrespected </p> <p style="color: #555555;">on the 31st last year my wife to game storebin pine town to purchase a few a items, she had nappies when she in and there is no parcel counter and neither was there a security in sight so she can declare her items.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">after purchasing and attemped to exit the store she was stopped and probed for a slip which nappies were not part of, she tried to explain to security who was very rude, the manager who attended could not give a ..... there were also several game staff very rude especially a gentleman calling her a ***** and screeming at her as if she had stollen, she asked them to view footage they told her she could have swiped with someone else, she eventually went, got and provided them with proof of purchase from another store.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">alot of name calling was said which i wanted to discuss with the store manager yesterday who wasnt there, i was referred to Silverster, he proved to me this company had no customer focus what so ever, he easily disrespected me infront of my wife telling me i should have screemed / shouted at my wife for being stupid which at that stage i decided to leave the store with no interest at ever recomending a game store for anything.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">by the way i bought my dstv, 2x sound systems, a flat screen TV and bought my parents a build in stove from that game in the past seven years, i always my car engine oil every months from that store and i have always paid in cash!</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">i also took a 15 minute video for everyone who purchased and none of them were asked to declare or provide a slip before leaving and yea the manager silverster saw it! </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">thanks for the eye opening service GAME </p>
