Very very poor service and *****ent service

I made 2 payments on my Game *** on 31.05.2023 and R316 on 05.06.2023. I even send my proof of payments to all their email addresses I have. 3 of emails was rejected. This emails was sent beginning of last week already. Now I get phone calls with a bad attitude. I don't appreciate it. Game is *****ing money from me. I have proof that I paid
