Very very bad service

On Monday 25 November 2024 I purchased 347L Hisense fridge and I recieved an email saying the item is out of stock and I will get my refund within 3-5 days.

Why should I wait for a period of 3-5 days for my money since the item wa sout of stock? Was it my fault that the item was out of stock? Now I cant purchase what I wanted from Game in other stores because my refund money is held by Game.
