Very upset

I opened a game account about 5 months ago and being paying every month..I asked the lady as I have a game credit card that if I pay extra money every month will my monthly debit order get less..she said yes..so last month I went to game Boksburg and I payed R7000 on my account so that my debit order could get less.. the lady at Boksburg game **** to me as my debit order this month is the same which doesn’t make less.i even phone the call Centre yesterday and that lady said it’s a fixed debit order..I said to the lady that was not promised to me..so what did it help that I payed 7000 last month if it doesn’t help..the call center lady was not helpful and said it’s fixed..

Please could you get me answers as this is rediclous..
