Very Unhappy Game Greanacres Mall Client

Very unhappy Game Client. I bought a Alcatel 7" tablet at Game in Greanacres Mall in Port Elizabeth in October 2021, as it was promoted by the sales lady and it was the only one in stock. I used it for a month and then had trouble with it not taking a charge. I took it back to Game and was told I myself must take it in to Vodashop for repairs. After 4 days Vodashop exchange the tablet as it could not be repaired. When the battery ran down the first time it again would not take a charge. I took it back to game again they had the same problem and took various other non alcatel chargers to try and get it to charge. I told them I dont want it back and will rather pay in for a better brand. Again I was told that they cannot decide to credit it and it must go to Vodashop again. I did the rest of my shopping and then suddenly they got it to charge. It then charged the first two times at home with other chargers and not the one supp**** with the unit. Now again today it will not take a charge. I now want Game to take back the unit and credit my account. I am tired of this back and forth and the same issue persists.

Can you please help me to get this done?
