Very unhappy GAME customer

Please note purchased lawnmower Ryobi 99CC Petrol Lawnmower RM-1040P from Game Liberty Midlands Mall on the 18/02/2021. Lawnmower worked and broke down in the beginning of December 2021. We took it back to Game under warranty to be told that they will send it to supplier for inspection. Were told to remove petrol and oil at store before sending back. Store comments after inspection "No oil engine ceased". Also on our purchase slip the same day we bought the lawnmower we also bought the 4 stroke oil that they recommended. We were told that we have to pay R1300 in order for them to repair the machine which I feel is totally unacceptable due to the machine still being under warranty. This needs to be resolved asap with 2 options required. Option 1 a full refund and option 2 the machine to be repaired at no further cost.
