Very unhappy customer of GAME

Im a very unhappy customer.Im Mr JHA Smith with acc no.***.On the 11th July 2022 I received the first sms that I bought R9800 and if it wasnt me I must call them.Thats what I did and report it emmediately.Then anaother 2 sms came threw.I told them I have my card with me and Im standing in Makro Strubensvalley.Its not me.After a few days I contact them and they say its still under investigation.They even deducted 1 sept R1257.70 and this month R483.I didnt received a new statement and they even prommised me a new card with a pin number.I want follow up on what are they gonna do.my number is ***.My last bill shows that the *******ion happened in Sneaker Factory Secunda.
