Very unhappy customer

I purchased a mirror from them on the 12 December 2020 , as soon as I walked out the shop one of the Game story's staff members walked right in front of me with a trolley and cracked my mirror, I can't get hold of them via phone calls , I've sent an email to the email address that's on the slip and got a response by someone named Tamrin she said in the response that she has passed on my email/complaint to the "correct department " and yet I am still waiting for the "correct department " to get hold of me or even respond to me. I've gone to the store and asked for a manager but there was no manager only a supervisor and yet she told me to call the complaints department, But no one answers! Game store wonderpark staff don't give a damn about the customers they stand in the way of all the aisles or even the entrance to the store.
