Very unhappy customer

I bought a suitcase from R1800 from Game in June 2024, and I used the suitcase once and one wheel came off. When I took the suitcase back, I was told the guarantee does not cover the wheels. I have an account with them and am planning to close it as I am very unhappy with the service I received. S
