Very unhappy consumer
On the 13th of May 2024 my wife and I bought a Bennett Read Titan 30 vacuum cleaner at Game in Bloemfontein. On the 1st of June 2024 we returned it because it had a fault (it was no longer sucking up dirt). After they examined the product, instead of refunding us as we requested, they insisted on taking the product in for repairs.
We don't want the product repaired / replaced, we just want our money back!
It is disappointing that such a big retail store like Game bullies its consumers and doesn't adhere to the Consumer Protection Act.

09 Jun 2024, 10:40Hi Bonisa, I'm sorry for the delay and that the vacuum cleaner is faulty. This is not the quality we pride ourselves on. As the an item is under the manufacturer's warranty, it will need to be assessed to determine what the fault is. I have however, escalated your query and you will be reverted to.
