Very slow at returns department.

Went to Game Cresta to return an item for repairs. Got there just after 9am, 1st there at the returns but almost waited an hour to complete the paperwork. Seriously need to speed up the returns section. Any slower and we would be going backward. Need to find a speedy solution.
