Very relaxed service

The service at game vincent from the start was very bad wanted a bike for my son ask the guy to assemble he said he cant the guy who does it is not there so i took the bike had a problem a day or two after i bought it but never had chance to take it back eventually after 2 weeks took it back but only used it 2 ir 3 times my son but took it in on the 21/08/20 bike was bought on the 06/08/20 im still waiting they said the guy was going to fix it monday its tuesday today still not fixed and they never phoned me i had to phone and i spoke to dashly the manager im waiting now for hes call
