Very poor towards customers

I bought an INTEX pool from game with all the protection for the pool. It cost me R1300. After couple of months the pool had many tiny holes on the inflation area. I never received a patched kit so when I went to game the manager said that INTEX will come to my home and repair my pool or they will replace it. I called INTEX pool but they said they don't do that. I am utterly disappointed cos GAME is a huge store and INTEX pool are also a major pool supplier. I guess once you purchase something and leave the store you are no more valued as a customer.
