Very poor service from Game

I bought a Hisence TV from Game Welkom a month ago it was a combo 65" with a soundbar which they did not had in stock they promised me in a week's time I will have the soundbar 4 week now going to 5 weeks still no soundbar. Phoned customer care of Game still no soundbar we ask them to give us another one we will pay in difference as sound bars value was R2000 they said no.... We would like their ceo to comment on this matter....
