Very poor service from game

I bought a laptop at game witbank as I was travelling Within 7 days I returned it to game at East rand mall.as It was switching itself off during meetings and you had to restart it.

I took it to game east rand mall to exchange it.they told me they won't exchange it.they will have to send it for the repairs I must wait for 21 day

I went there on the day 19 they said they will call With update nothing.Day 22 I went there same story they will call me nothing till today

Game policy says .If we can repair it within 21 days they replace or exchange.

When I ask the lady about the rule she said it doesn't apply on weekends

Actually they never said it doesn't apply on weekends

Now I'm sitting with no computer as I wanted the upgrade to work home
