Very Poor service from Game

Received such terrible service from Game Gateway, the Managers( Zubair & Sibiniso) are not helpful at all. They are not empathetic towards customers. Zubair is very rude and should learn how to treat customers properly. Game must honour their prices whether on the internet or in their store. No one wants to take any sort of responsibility in Game. Very disappointing service. Hope they realize that this is the reason people shop else where.
