Very poor service delivery

I bought a Telefonken 55" FHD Smart TV on the 27 November 2017 from Game online then a week after i was given an alternative TV option for a 55"JVC Smart TV. Today is the third week since the purchase and i still haven't received the TV delivery. When I call to track how far they are with the delivery process, the guy at the help center says "the TV option that you have been given is also out of stock ". When I ask him if I want a refund how long will it take to get my money back, "he then said 7 working day". REALLLLLYYY, GAME!!!!!! How do you sell people goods when you don't have enough stock of. I am very angry and disappointed at Game online. Had I bought at Takealot I would have had this stupid problem in the first place, because a friend of mine bought the same TV and got her's after 3 days. Game store service is very very veeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrry poor, unrealistic and ridiculous. Honestly I will never ever anything from Game again. I even bought a DSTV decoder which i have already activated hoping my TV will arrive after a week, so right now I am paying for a something that I am not watching.

Actually I want my money back ASAP!!!!.
