Very POOR SERVICE at Game Mthatha Plaza

I bought JVC smart TV cash on the 8th of March this year. 2 months down the line it started having problems and unfortunately I lost the slip, I went to them asking for a reprint after and they agreed that indeed they can do a reprint. It was on the 12th September. Whenever I go there to get the reprint I'm being sent back saying the password for reprint has blocked.

I'm so disappointed with their service. Can you kindly assist if possible *** or ***
