Very poor service

I would like to inform and complain with great greviance about the poor and rude services i encounter at Game Mall@Reds store. It has now been the 4th time that i have come to the store and had trouble with the staff and manager(Mageret). The do not uphold ir adhere to the policies of game and they are rude to customers
