Very Poor Service

I bought a defy chest freezer on the 1st of March and wasn't operating as a freezer but a cooler, I reported the matter to them and a technician came and saw that the freezer is not working they promised to come and replace the freezer but they haven't come till this day, everytime I'm calling as I have been waiting for 2weeks for them to come replace they give me stories promise to come but they don't. I'm waisting my airtime everyday to call them and I use this freezer to stock meat as I am not working I try and make a living out of selling and now I can't sell anything since I don't have the freezer, I have bills to pay, have to buy food for my children but now I can't do all that because of them. I through away the meat I already bought as it was off because of this freezer that couldn't do what it's suppose to do. Please help
