Very poor service

So today I went into game store in stellenbosch to buy rechargeable batteries what a horrible experience it was I waited for almost 30min for someone to assist me then eventually I was helped then the guy that's assist me says he's going to get someone to cone assist as he does not have any details on the product so I was standing for another 20min I would have u Der stood if the shop was full and busy bit this was not the case as staff was walking round pretending not to see that you are a client and need assistance it was as if they didn't want to assist people in the store I will never go back to this store again this was the first and last definitely for me at game store in eikestad mall stellenbosch.
