Very Poor Service

Good day. I was at Game Worcester about 14 days ago to buy a television which was advertised at Game. The shop assistant informed me that the store was out of stock and put me on a sms service to inform me when the new stock arrive. This morning at about 07:00 I received a sms (attach) informing me that the tv arrived and that I must collect it. I went to the store at about 13:00 and was then informed that the tv is still in the lorrie which delivered it. I was told to pay in the mean time and come and collect the tv later today. I paid at the till and went back to work. At about 15:00 I received a call from the store informing me that the tv was not on the lorrie and that I will be informed when it arrives. The sales person could how ever not told me when it will be. I regard this as very poor service and wants to know what I must do now. I paid for a tv which I did not receive. I sent 4 e mails but it only bounced back. Don't know what to do.
