Very poor customer service experience

Bad customer service experience at Game beacon bay east London Was in the store to purchase a few items and saw a nice trolley cooler than box that had a price of R199.99 I ask the sales person if the price is correct and he looked at the label and confirmed. When I reached the till and my purchase came to R2500 I ask to check the prices and saw the cooler box scanned at R699.99.i called the till supervisor to go check and she saw the lable said R199.99 They called the manager on duty and explained it to him and he said that it was a mistake and that he will not give the item at that price in a very arrogant manner. What happened to the price you see is the price you pay.im very disappointed in Game Manager on duty name. Is ahkona toyisi ( very arrogant) My name is Janice Windvogel ***
