Very poor customer service
<p>On the 15 February this year 2017 i bought a Go Go blender at Game store King williams town and i was told that it has a 12 months guarantee, unfortunately for me their appliance did'nt even finish two months as on the 16 of March 2017 just about a month while using it, the blender just got hot and stoped working i did'nt even finish my smothie. to my suprise when i took the appliance to Game KWT i was told that it has to be booked in for assessment and that will take 21 day, i asked why i was not told about that when i bought this and now what am i suppose to use for the remaining 21 days that i will not have a blender, to my suprise again no body cared about that all they told me was if it finished a month it will be booked in for assessment and they will decide it they are going to exchange it or fix it. and i should go home and wait for 21 days to hear their response. the blender that i was using during the week as i was using it in the office and on weekend it will not be used and even during the week i only blend once a day for my lunch smoothie. this is really dissapointing really.</p> <p> </p> <p>this left me so frustrated and now i even broke my diet, a shop like Game as customers we respect it and we always give it credit for anything not to mention that we even advertise it to through a word of mouth as you will always tell your friend or family that if they look for something they should go to Game everything is available. But after this i will think twice before buying anything from there i was so shocked as even my washing maching i bought it from there years back, it was a shop that i always trust that they sell quality things and i did'nt even think if their appliance are faulty they will give me such a headache.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am writing this for everyone who did'nt experience this to think twice or go there knowing things like this happens even in shops like Game. I am still waiting for this 21 days so that they will solve this i dont have a blender even now. </p>
