Very pleased with customer service give by RMS Merchandiser

I would like to commend Sthabiso from RMS for wonderful customer service given to me when I visited the Game Ballito Junction Store on the 10th of October 2023. I was at the furniture section, he walked up to me greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I declined his offer and he said he'll be right behind me should I need assistance with anything, I felt acknowledged and confident that if I needed anything, he'd be right there to assist me.

I found this quite lovely as I had been in the same store the day before and the Game staff all treated me like I was invisible, they carried on with their conversations, some were on their cellphones and none of them bothered to greet me or ask if I required help.

This is the exact same scenarios that happen in a business that flourishes and a business that fails. I thank Sthabiso for living the Massmart Values i.e. respect for the individual, service to the customer, strive for excellence, I also wish him all the best in his field.
