Very pathetic face to face service

Game Canal Walk - 1st July 2023 experience. The store has 10 till points. They open only 2. it's month end and the queue is long, take it from a physically challenged person that is not able to stand for long periods. Then to pay a laybye you need to go to a different point! Why can it not be done at a till point? The Customer Service point there was no one there either and The staff member was called on 2 x yet she came in her own time. I asked her to send the documents on email and she took my details and till today no email has been received.
